Description

For those of you who were asking how much work goes into some of these rigs, I made sure to document this pretty thoroughly.  This series of pictures includes the helmet from start to end.  Feel free to ask any questions and I will do my best to answer.  Enjoy :)

In regards to the resin; I was going to go with the Epoxy resin due to it being non toxic and such. (don't need a ventilator) how many coats of it should I do?

Im guessing it goes as follows:

Peping

Resin

Bondo + Sanding

Painting

I am going to make a TFA Starscream cosplay using this: TFA Starscream by PapercraftKing  But I need to know; How do I go about scaling it to fit the peices of armor as life sized armor for the cosplay, Any tips that I could perhaps use to go about this???
