foam is tiled and rolled workout mats/toolshop anti-fatigue mats. got most of it at K-Mart

Alright you, yer kinda getting a touch outta hand now. I hooked you up with those links because they are awesome tutorials and will teach you how to build a rig from scratch with various methods to suit your needs, skills, finances, etc. If you run into a snag or have a question on a certain step, I'll do my best to help you or at least point you in the right direction. But I am not gonna build it for you. Please, check out those links I sent you; they are very good.
